Lea Chapa brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to TLS executive leadership. As a long-time resident of Houston, Lea provides unique insight to the oil, gas, and energy markets and their relationship with the lodging industry.
In her role as COO, Lea leads the operations teams responsible for client and lodging partnerships. She enjoys playing a key role in TLS in everything from travel management software and website development to building client partnerships to sourcing lodging solutions. Her decades spent in sales, marketing, and relationship management, combined with senior hotel leadership, provide Lea the experience and background required to create beneficial relationships between TLS clients and lodging partners.

Scott Piner - Chief Opportunities Officer
Scott has been employed in the hospitality industry for over 20 years but hasn't worked a day during that time. His motto is, "I love what I do so it's not work." Scott is passionate about helping people so whether he is working with a Fortune 500 company, a start up company, a soccer mom booking group rooms, or an individual planning a vacation, his approach is the same - determining their needs and matching them with the right lodging provider.
Most recently, Scott held the title of Director of National Sales for Aimbridge Hospitality responsible for revenue generation for over 400 assets in the United States and Caribbean. His national experience and reputation throughout the industry allows TLS to leverage relationships across the country and secure the best rates for our clients. As Scott always says, "At the end of the day, all you have is your name!"
In his role as COO, Scott leads the Business Development and Marketing efforts for TLS.
